What if I don’t like the consultant?

If the relationship is not working out, we will do our best to find a consultant you are comfortable with. We guarantee all of our services – we want every single one of our clients to be satisfied – that is our goal.

Can I cancel my program whenever I would like?

You may cancel your program whenever you like. However if the program is based on a minimum number of months, you will be responsible for the remaining months, or pay a higher hourly rate based on the hours you have already used.

Can a Consultant/Coach/Mentor really make that big a difference?

Absolutely! They can provide knowledge which can only be learned through experience, they can provide support unconditionally, they can make impartial decisions and they provide a viewpoint unavailable to those on the inside.

What if I don’t have a Contact Database?

Well, it’s a great time to start. There are so many ways to build your base, we can recommend a variety of ways. Including a signup form on your website to increasing your online exposure is a great start. We can definitely help you with that.

I already send out newsletters, can you just design some new templates for me?

Absolutely! When we meet, we’ll ask you to complete a questionnaire providing some details about your current Campaign. We can also offer some suggestions and recommend you visit our Blog for additional tips and hints.

My budget is really small, we’re just getting started – can you still help?

Of course, we offer many alternatives. We can design one or two templates for you, give you some suggestions about what to write, how often and how to track your campaign. As your business grows, just let us know how else we can be of service.

Will I own the design and files for my project?

We will provide you with files in industry standard formats, along with the source files upon final payment. They belong to you. We will keep a copy on file in case you need it for additional work. We retain the right to show our work under our own portfolio as part of our marketing strategies. If you wish your work not to be shown as part of our marketing portfolio, this must be communicated prior to the hiring of the project.

How many revisions can I have?

 If you have chosen a design package you are limited to the number of revisions included within that package. If you have chosen a customized package, you can have unlimited revisions, within reason. We offer guaranteed satisfaction.

How will we handle revisions? 

We will present the mockup to you and request that feedback be sent via email. We are more than happy to have a phone consultation as well, but ask that changes be written to avoid any confusion.

What about a refund?

We will always refund 100% of the deposit in the case the project is cancelled by any party, prior to the delivery of the first files. No questions asked.

Once the first concepts are sent by our team, we will refund 100% of the deposit minus a service fee ($100 or 20% of the project, whichever is higher). This is to prevent resellers or other graphic design companies asking for concepts and then continue with the project if their client accepts them.

If project progress goes over the first concepts, any refund will be decided by BSC - depending on the work done.

Will you write everything for us?

You will need to provide us the majority of the information and our Team can take care of the rest. We'll discuss this with you in our Complimentary Consultation. We can participate as little or as much as you like. 

What about Distribution?

We can manage the Distribution for most any type of document or video. We can even create an entire Marketing Plan which might include weekly or monthly contacts and schedule delivery for each piece in advance.

How fast can you do it?

This is probably the question we most frequently answer. It is always dependent upon the amount of information you provide and the number of revisions you request. We are very efficient and promise to get it done by the deadline we have agree upon.

How much information do I have to provide?

The more the better – we can create most anything from scratch if necessary; however, this is your business. The more information you provide, the faster we can get it done and the less it will cost you. Pretty straight forward.

What about a Marketing Plan – will you do all the research?

We can, however doing your own research is a great way to gain a better understanding of your market. Because research can be so time consuming, it can be rather costly. However, we are happy to help you do whatever you need.

How important is SEO?

Even the most beautiful and content rich website in the world will not be effective if no one knows it’s there. In order for Google and the other major search engines to rank your website highly, it is important that you let the spiders know more about your content. SEO places the right number of keywords in the appropriate places to make it easier for the spiders to find.

Can I do it myself?

SEO is an art in itself. We have specialists who keep up with the latest changes – it is constantly evolving. SEO is like playing a sport. You can go out and throw the ball, but if you want to get to the World Series, it’s going to take time and a lot of practice.

Can’t I just do it one time?
