Please Note: If these packages to not meet your needs, we are more than happy to customize a monthly package so you can budget that amount each month. *Packages are monthly and may be canceled at any time, for any reason. (You will be responsible for that month's service).
*SEO Packages require a minimum 6 month commitment. We will do our best to accelerate your rise to the top in Search Engine Rankings, however it is necessary to give the system time to work and we have no control over that. Your Personal Consultant will be happy to provide all details in advance.

Contact Us via Email or Phone
Just Email us or call us with the details – let us know what you would like added or changed and when you need it done. It’s that simple – we’ll do the rest
Changes Made
When we’ve completed the changes, we’ll contact you for final approval. Then we will publish the changes are let you know how much time you have left on your plan.
Additional Changes
If you have used all the allotted time in your package, you can either wait until the following month or pay the reduced hourly rate for the changes.
Pay As You Go
For occasional changes, just contact us and tell us what you would like us to do. We will give you an estimate or you can give us a limit and we can discuss the best course of action. We will NOT go over your limit without your permission.
Pay As You Go Web Maintenance Fees
Pay-As-You-Go maintenance is charged at an hourly rate of $80. However, unlike many web development companies, we only charge per quota (capped every 15 minutes). So for example if a project takes 15 minutes or less then the cost would be $20; between 15-30 minutes would cost $40; 30-45 minutes = $60, and a full hour $80.

Monthly maintenance plans encourage you to make regular updates and changes to improve your site and generate more leads. We can also help you with email newsletters and recommend changes to enhance your site.

How quick can Website updates be made?
Most updates are completed within 48 hours and often within the same day. Larger updates take slightly longer but we do offer Guaranteed Service Levels - this means that we guarantee that the updates will be completed when we say they will.
What can I have done?
Almost any service which we offer. Certain services like web redesign or Internet Marketing Solutions will require more time than our maintenance plans allow, so it may be more cost effective to buy that package. If you have something specific in mind, just contact us and we can suggest the best solution to meet your budget and your needs.
