Investor Presentations are our specialty. Many of us are investors ourselves, and I don’t think there is anyone on our
Executive Team who hasn’t participated on one side or the other.
Creating a PowerPoint presentation is just a minute part of the process. Do you have a member of your team who presents well, if not, we can help you with coaching. If necessary, we can provide a presenter for you, although this is less than ideal for many reasons.
We can help you choose the setting, decide what materials to handout and when, how you should orchestrate your presentation and what questions to be prepared to answer.
One of the details many entrepreneurs forget is the art of the follow-up. It is extremely unusual for an investor to whip out their check book at the first meeting.

Process
Consultation
We schedule a Complimentary Consultation to determine your needs and the level of our involvement. We ask you to complete a questionnaire providing more information about your company and details about the capital you wish to raise.
Discuss
After reviewing your information we will schedule a follow-up meeting to discuss the information you provided, the assistance we can provide, a potential timeline and cost of the project. If this is your first capital raise, we will provide a brief booklet outlining some of the key strategies.
The Work
Naturally, this depends on our level of involvement. Generally we will set a flat fee to prepare the documents and the company for the presentation. While you will have a Personal Consultant, they will work with a team to coordinate efforts.
The Results
If you have chosen to let us help you with the entire Investor Presentation package, we will be sure you have a compelling presentation, coaching to prepare you for the presentation, as well as a few secrets which give you the best shot at achieving your goals.
The Follow-up
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee results. We will make sure you are well prepared and provide the investors the necessary information to make a decision. We may know an investor who may be interested, or is willing to help you pursue other funding sources. We can also suggest other alternatives if you can’t raise the capital right away.

That is really not our business, but if we know someone who may be interested, we will pass on your information.
Can you give a presentation for us?
We can, but investors want to interact with the team they invest with. While we may give a polished presentation, your enthusiasm and knowledge of your business is what investors want to see. Unless presenting is part of your business, investors are more concerned with the facts and potential ROI. You don't need to sound like you've been presenting all your life. What counts is to be professional and confident in your business model.
